New Egypt Kitchen

We attended a service at cathedral of the air and decided to go for lunch, tired of the local spots and wanted to try someplace new. A neighbor recommended New Egypt Kitchen and I have to agree the food was awesome!! Service was fine a younger waitress sat and served us. Was told to try the burger and was definitely one of the best I have ever had. My friend had one of the lunch salad specials and it was huge and I mean huge. Very very reasonably priced and the food was outstanding. Fresh food...very fresh food..Family run I believe and everyone there was friendly! Don't miss the place when driving by the sign is very easy to miss and regretfully hard to read. Can't wait to go back and try some more menu items with friends and family!!

Very nice little establishment. The staff was very friendly. The food was excellent. Unfortunately, when we arrived they had just seated a very large party and it took a little while to get our food; however, the staff was attentive and checked back then with us regularly. The food was excellent, and the portions were large. I had the loaded home fries. Definitely a place I want to check out another time. Apparently they do a special taco night on Wednesdays. I think I have that correct. This is definitely a place to check out.

Nadia did a spectacular job!! Service with a smile, checked in on us when our mouths were not full of food. Replenished our drinks, even created a to go drink for me. The food was HOT! FRESH! and delicious.. compliments to the chef!!

I’m going to tell you something , you that read reviews come to the place , very humble and comfort atmosphere, I try the salmon with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables it has my respect I love it , if your visiting this area you need to stop here 100% recommend

Decent service and atmosphere. The food, breakfast burrito, was awesome. Cooked to order, exactly as asked. Large portions and it was very tasty. The price was extremely reasonable. Next time I'm in the area, I'll be stopping back.

I had the sausage and peppers sandwich. I can't remember the last time I was served food this hot in a restaurant. It was not only good, it was "holy crap this is good." The service was great and fast. Our waitress Nadia was cheerful and efficient. Best food I've had in NJ.

First time at New Egypt Kitchen for my company Christmas party. The food was delicious. Our host/waitress was attentive and accommodating. Will definitely eat there in the future as I hear their breakfast is great too!

Overall fairly average experience. The atmosphere is simple, but clean and well kept. They have separate breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. We ordered off the lunch menu. The burger was just okay. The steak sandwich on the other hand was pretty good, the garlic aioli was delicious! Staff were very friendly, but service was slow, although it seemed like there was only one waitress for the entire dining room so it was understandable.
